So this morning we had a zone activity where we went to a national park and hiked up a mountain. It was way fun! I got a good work out. The view was of course, amazing. There were pine trees!!! I was tempted to go cut one down and take it home for a Christmas tree. The whole mountain was covered in all kinds of plants trees. I have an awesome zone. We discussed which Lord of the Rings movies was the best and what the next Hobbit movie will have in it.
Our investigator Gilica was baptized on Saturday which was really awesome. She brought her boyfriend and were going to start teaching him this week. Anyway, the day after her baptism in church she was called to be the Relief Society president. WHAT. poor girl. She’s only been to church like 3 times hahaha. That’s not too uncommon right now cause our poor ward was just split and we lost a lot of our strong members.
