Santa Maria and Halloween

So this week was nice ’cause it was just non-stop work.

On Tuesday we went on divisions with the other sisters here in Sal. I went with Sister Anderson in her area and Sister Ellsworth stayed in our area with Sister De Rosa.
It was a good division! and slightly scarring… I saw a dog get run over by a car!
Our lessons this week were good but kind of frustrating. We’re having a hard time getting our investigators to keep the commandments. One of our investigators has like some kind of addiction to wearing earrings and can’t seem to take them out. Even after I asked him if he loved his earrings more than Christ he didn’t take them out. That… makes no sense to me.
Thankfully Jenifer went to church this Sunday and is doing great. She has a baptismal date for the 8th.
We decorated our house with Halloween decorations and were getting our Halloween costumes together. Sister Ellsworth and I are being each other. There’s really only so much you can do as a missionary.
We had interviews with our Mission President yesterday and those were awesome. President Mathews and sister Mathews are some of the nicest people Ive ever met. In my interview with him he was like “Well.. Im going to interview you again in 2 weeks so we’ll save most of the questions for then” It was still an awesome interview though.
